Abstract
Harmful performance among elementary school children is a problem that affects all students involved in basic education, both school professionals and students' families, justifying the need for educational actions to alert each student about how much to practice prejudice and thus avoiding future damage to threats of systematic intimidation. This work aimed to raise the awareness of children in primary education, regarding the importance of respect among peers, without prejudice to race, color, sex, age and age and forms of discrimination, as provided in article 3 of Federal Constitution of 1988. Awakening to empathy and respect in those who are beginning to walk in learning, modify and qualify the social context of daily living, beyond the school environment, changing even the realities that go beyond emotional and physical limits, configuring or losing bullying, which can evolve into a scenario with very serious results, making intervention difficult. In this sense, a lecture was developed for each educator perceived that one or another characteristic that he disapproves of in his colleague, may be a peculiarity inherent to the same, emphasizing that diversity beyond the normal, is fundamental to the elegance of living. The exposition of ideas related to the theme seeks to demonstrate the need for attitudes against urgent discrimination, which is natural and different and how inequalities are not reasons for comicality, exposing several wrong ways in treating the friend and even the same teachers, developing or repeating for the offensive words already addressed to the head of the room. In addition to emphasizing article 3, item IV, Carta Magna, the project contributed to guaranteeing the principle of human dignity, listed in article 1, item III, of the Constitution, allowing the expansion of democracy in the social community through the claim to guarantee the respect and protection of collective and individual rights. The method used was qualitative and deductive-inductive.
